As an alternative to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Air India Express aims to offer passengers from Central and East Delhi, Noida, Indirapuram, Vaishali, and surrounding areas seamless connectivity to their destinations.

Hindon Airport also serves as a significant gateway for travelers from western Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, including cities such as Dehradun, Haridwar, Meerut, and Saharanpur, effectively reducing travel time and enhancing connectivity for these regions.

The new routes reflect Air India Express’s commitment to improving domestic connectivity while catering to the growing demand for affordable and efficient travel. The airline has announced competitive inaugural fares starting at ₹4,400 for Hindon–Kolkata, ₹4,900 for Hindon–Goa, and ₹6,000 for Hindon–Bengaluru.

In the past, Air India Express announced flights to Hindon in June 2024. For reasons unknown, the bookings were later halted.
