PARIS- A passenger death aboard Air France (AF) Flight AF334 from Paris (CDG) to Boston (BOS) has prompted an investigation by Massachusetts State Police.
The incident occurred shortly after departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport on Tuesday when the passenger experienced a medical emergency.

The incident occurred on a 1.4-year-old Air France Airbus A350, registered as F-HUVB.
Medical intervention from an onboard physician proved unsuccessful, leading to the passenger’s death during the flight. Emergency response teams awaited the aircraft’s arrival at Boston Logan International Airport.
Massachusetts State Police has classified the incident as an “unattended death.” Law enforcement officials are withholding the passenger’s identity pending family notification, as their detective unit conducts a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
Air France confirmed the incident, emphasizing their crew’s extensive training in handling medical emergencies.
A company spokesperson detailed that despite immediate medical assistance from a doctor present on the flight, attempts to save the passenger were unsuccessful.
