- 12 months combined experience in a customer service/sales role. Preferably, this experience will have been in a face-to-face customer setting.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Please note that our training course is highly academic and will only be conducted in English.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on demonstrating empathy and understanding, building rapport with customers, and an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with your customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to working shifts, unsociable hours, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- You will be required to complete a height and reach assessment based on our aircraft types as part of the recruitment process.
- Must adhere to our uniform policy and guidelines. Tattoos/piercings must NOT be visible whilst in any item of the Aer Lingus uniform.
- Able to pass an airport security vetting procedure, including a five-year background check.

Aer Lingus follows the steps below in its recruitment process for cabin crew.
