The control tower expressed confusion about the vehicle’s location, questioning whether it occupied the main runway or taxiway Charlie Charlie. The flight crew confirmed the vehicle’s presence on the active runway during the collision sequence.

Preliminary investigations suggest the airport vehicle received clearance to cross the runway prior to the aircraft’s takeoff roll. The timing of this clearance and the vehicle’s delayed runway exit contributed to the incident’s occurrence.

Emergency response teams deployed immediately, though passengers disembarked via mobile stairs rather than emergency evacuation slides. No injuries occurred among passengers or crew members during the incident.
