Features

The app is crafted to enrich the in-flight experience for guests and streamline crew operations throughout the entire flight duration. Its functionalities encompass:

  • Personalized customer service driven by data: By accessing guest profiles overlaid on the seat map for each flight, cabin executives can elevate passenger service by effortlessly retrieving information such as passengers’ meal preferences and special requests from previous flights via CE Plus. Additionally, the app provides updated details on a passenger’s frequent flyer status and associated benefits.
  • Real-time logging of cabin maintenance issues: CE Plus enables cabin executives to efficiently record and capture photos of maintenance concerns related to seats and in-flight entertainment systems. Observations made offline during a flight are automatically transmitted to Air India’s engineering or relevant teams upon landing, where they are individually tracked until resolution.
  • Enhanced crew clarity and collaboration: The dynamic crew allocation system of CE Plus empowers cabin executives to assign crew work positions based on the specific requirements of each aircraft type, thereby improving overall efficiency and service standards. Centralized access to a repository of documents, including galley loading plans and the in-flight announcement handbook through the app, saves time and enhances service quality.
